I Gained 10 lbs in a Day and I Was Happy About it

Recently I attempted something called, “The 10,000 Calorie Challenge.” The goal is to, you guess it, eat 10,000 calories. And it all has to be done in a single day. Simple enough concept.

I remember seeing a video about this and thinking how easy this was. As in I’d have absolutely no problem with this. And for that reason I decided, “What the heck?” and try it out.

It was all recorded complete with pre-challenge thoughts, and post challenge reflections. I finishd it all up by hopping on the scale.

The end result? 10,130 calories later I’d completed the challenge.

And to go with that, I’d gained 10 lbs in about 13 hours. Impressive, kinda, sorta. Mmmm maybe that’s not the right word. 10 lbs in a single day.

I finished it up with a donation to a local food bank.

I’m putting together my next project, which is putting in the hard work and effort to lose the weight and show people what results they can see with enough hard work and determination.
