Here's What to Expect

  • Two Weeks of "Foundations"

    We’ve created this exclusive introductory training program specifically for you. We’ll teach you the fundamentals of fitness to help you get in shape immediately and execute all movements safely and efficiently. You’ll have a designated class time and you’ll be working out alongside other individuals brand new to our Hudson Valley Challenge, just like yourself.

  • Two Weeks of "Lite Intensity"

    Once you successfully complete “Foundations” the next phase is beginning to integrate you into the second level of our classes. You’ll keep your designated class time, as you take part in the same workout of the day as existing members. However we’ll bring you along at a comfortable pace as you get accustomed to additional weight and slightly higher intensity.

  • Finally - High Intensity Training

    You’ll now integrate into our regular classes, though still scaling the weight and intensity to your personal abilities or limitations. As always, you’ll continue to have a personal trainer leading each class. You’ll now have access to any class time you wish, on any day of the week.

  • Nutrition & Diet Support

    You’ll receive a complimentary private 30 minute session with one of our certified Nutrition coaches to help you finally take charge of your diet. You’ll have access to meal planning tools and calorie calculators as you track your numbers. Plus each week we’ll hold a special Q&A session with trainers, allowing you to ask questions, get meal planning advice, healthy cooking tips, and more!

  • Personal Mentor

    The key to fitness success is having solid support from others pushing you to be your best. You’ll be paired with one of our existing members who has gone through a program like this themselves. That way you’ll receive advice and guidance from someone who was once brand new to the program just like you!

  • No Long Term Contract or Commitment

    Your six week challenge will be as successful as the effort you put into it. At the end of the challenge we hope you’ll stay so we can help you continue to reach your fitness goals. Though if you decide our training is not for you, you’re under no obligation to continue with an additional program.

Commonly Asked Questions and Concerns

When are class times and when do we start?

We literally have 10 classes a day, from early morning all the way to late night. Our last challenge saw times at 5am, 6am, 8am, 9am, 10am, 12pm, 4pm, 6pm, 7pm, and 8pm! We'll be starting our next challenge soon but spots fill up VERY quickly! This isn't like anything I've ever done before...

You're right! For most everyone this will be like something they've never done before. And we believe that's a good thing. Whether you need to get out of your comfort zone, get back into a solid mindset, or clear your mind, we can help. You'll see and feel results within days! Whatever you're doing now isn't working. Let's change that.

 

What if I want to: Lose weight, gain weight, gain muscle, shape and tone, improve my cardio, get stronger, etc?

Everyone coming into the challenge will have different goals. Our program is tailored to helping each person achieve theirs.

Am I too young/old, skinny/fat/out of shape?

Not even close! We've welcomed in challengers from 18 years old to 70+ years old of all shapes and sizes. From the thin guy who wanted to bulk up and add 20 pounds, to the middle aged woman who wanted to lose a couple inches off her waist and 15 pounds off her scale. We've got a plan for you that will help you reach your goals and change things for the better. There is never a good excuse not to try!

 

Is this going to be too intense for me?

We tailor every single class to your experience and ability. We "scale" every workout with different weights, equipment, and speed. A brand new 40 year old starting the challenge will not lift the same weight as a 20 year old college athlete. Even if you have a previous injury or existing physical limitation, we've got a customized solution to help you workout safely.

 

My biggest problem is managing my diet and nutrition. Can you help?

You bet! In addition to the constant support from all our coaches, you'll receive a free 30 minute 1 on 1 consultation with our nutrition coach to draw out a plan created specifically for you. When you begin the challenge you'll conduct weigh ins, measurements and body fat tests that you will then compare at the end of six weeks. You'll have access to calorie counters, macro calculators and many, many more tools and resources!
